Registration Information
We use an online registration process. Click on the registration link to register through ACTIVE.com. You will be directed to create an account that will enable us to better manage information from season to season. If you are unable to complete the online registration, please email the camp at info@camplaughingloon.com
REGISTRATION WILL OPEN DECEMBER 1, 2025.
Payment
Please pay by credit card. Credit card payments will be processed via www.active.com. If you have registered through ACTIVE.com and are looking to make an installment plan payment click here.
Prices 2025
$290.00 per week
$232 week of July 4th (4-day week)
$275.00 per week for additional siblings
Before Care - $30.00 per week
After Care - $25.00 per week
The following forms should be uploaded to your Active account by May 31st. If you sign up after May 31 the forms are due at the time of registration or within 48 hours.

Immunization Record - Please provide a copy of your child's immunization record regarding the age-specific vaccinations your child has received, along with the corresponding dates of administration. You can either have your health care provider complete and sign our form or upload a copy of your child's immunization record provided by your Health care provider.

Medical Release Form- If your child will be taking medication while at camp, please fill out and submit the Medical Release Form. Otherwise, the form is not required.

Self-Administration Form - If your child is required to carry emergency medication and is capable of self-administering as medically necessary, we request that you fill out the self-administration form.
