From Saco: Follow Route 5 into East Waterboro. You will pass Hannaford, Massabesic Middle School and the Waterboro Fire Station. These landmarks will be on your left. Proceed slowly through the next light to Lake Side Market. Turn right onto Laughing Loon Lane directly after Lakeside. Continue past cottages. Parking is on the right.  

From Sanford:  Take 202 to Route 5. Turn left at Hannaford onto Route 5. You will pass Massabesic Middle School and the Waterboro Fire Station. Proceed slowly through the next light to Lake Side Market. Turn right onto Laughing Loon Lane directly after Lakeside. Continue past cottages. Parking is on the right.
