DISCIPLINARY CODE AND PROCEDURES
Campers will support a positive camp environment. Appropriate behavior is expected. Staff and counselors will set guidelines
APPROPRIATE CAMP BEHAVIOR
* Follow the directions of the camp staff
* Respect the rights of others
* Stay within the assigned play area
* Eat snacks and lunches at scheduled times
* Keep grounds free of trash
* Proceed in an orderly fashion to each activity
APPROPRIATE BUS BEHAVIOR
* Follow the directions of the bus driver and camp staff
* Keep food and drinks in your lunch box
* Remain seated when the bus is in motion
* Keep arms and heads inside open windows
THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT ALLOWED AT CAMP
* Inappropriate language
* Fighting, teasing, or injury done on purpose to others
* Throwing of any objects other than sports equipment approved for such use
* Smoking
* Being under the influence or possession of drugs/alcohol
* Stealing
* Weapons of any type
APPROPRIATE WATERFRONT BEHAVIOR
* Water Safety Instructors must be present to swim
* Feet must be covered to and from the waterfront
* Free swim requires a buddy
* Dive only from the float
* Always walk on the docks
* Keep gum away from the waterfront
Campers are expected to remain within the designated camp boundaries. If your child chooses to leave, CLL will not be held responsible. Campers are expected to follow camp rules. Any rules broken by campers will be recorded by counselors and reviewed daily by the camp directors. Four reports during the week will result in a call to the parent. After the warning, the child may return to camp on a trial basis. If a camper is reported again, the camper will be asked to leave for the rest of the week. Campers who have been asked to stay out a week, return to camp and receive another report, will not be allowed to attend camp for the rest of the summer. Tuition payments will not be refunded.
CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS
- Absenteeism due to illness, medical or dental appointments or unexpected family plans is non-refundable.
- The camp office must be notified at least 7 days prior to a cancellation or you will be billed for that week(s) tuition.
- When canceling at least 7 days prior to a scheduled week, tuition will be refunded less a $50 processing fee.
